Sarandonphobe

Angry, befuddled old white men are hurting this country.
"She's an idiot, but she thinks she's some wise shaman or something."

~ Mary Trump on Susan Sarandon

That will never not make me laugh.

Happy Decemberteenth #5!

Today is the fifth anniversary of the day I discovered my former friend Bob was pretending to be my friend for decades - I assume to get free work out of me on his Reverend Bookburn website. That's the only reason we were "friends" for that long, since by the fourth decade of our friendship we really had little in common, and all along he had been harboring idiotic beliefs about me in relation to my ex-husband.

Starting on December 19, 2018, I discovered what a truly extreme authoritarian wannabe he was - commanding me to stop arguing with people who followed him on Twitter out of the bizarre belief that they were "his" people and he could control who they argued with. I admit I was really shocked by that wackiness. And I was finally clued in that he did not have an ounce of integrity, and was ready to viciously smear me - or anybody - who dared to disagree with him.

Now of course it is unpleasant that he decided to create a website devoted to nothing except personally attacking me with absolute bullshit, not to mention posting hideous images that he claimed were me - you know, like any 10-year old would do, although he is in his mid-60s now. But in the end, it's totally worth it - I'm free, half a decade and counting!

And I have the wise shaman Susan Sarandon to thank for it all. She's really the reason for the season. So what has she been up to these days?

Oops, it looks like she was dropped by her agent after saying yet another stupid thing:

United Talent dropped Sarandon after she made remarks at a rally in New York City last week. "There are a lot of people that are afraid, afraid of being Jewish at this time, and are getting a taste of what it feels like to be a Muslim in this country, so often subjected to violence," she said at the rally, where she called for a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, according to a video published by The New York Post.

Those remarks were criticized on social media; a former speechwriter for Israel's delegation to the United Nations said on the X platform, formerly Twitter, that she had interpreted Sarandon's remark as implying that Jews "have it coming - that we don't deserve to live free from harassment and assault." The Post characterized her remarks as an "anti-Jewish rant" in a headline.

Sarandon said at the rally that being critical of Israel should not be considered antisemitic. "There's a terrible thing that's happened where antisemitism has been confused with speaking up against Israel," Sarandon said. "I am against antisemitism. I am against Islamophobia."

There has been a sharp rise in antisemitic crimes in New York City since the Oct. 7 Hamas attacks, according to the Police Department. On Oct. 7, Hamas fighters infiltrated Israel from the Gaza Strip, killing roughly 1,200 people and taking about 240 people hostage, according to the Israeli government. More than 11,000 Palestinians, including more than 4,600 children, have been killed since the Israeli counteroffensive began, according to Gaza's health ministry.

To be honest, I didn't think a saint like Sarandon had a talent agent. Since when do saints have talent agents?

Another stupid thing Susan Sarandon has said and never apoligized for was her statement that Hillary Clinton was "more dangerous" than Trump. Now Trump is running to be dictator of the United States and the MAGA filth are rallying around that possibility.

Good job Sarandon and all the others who refused to vote against Trump out of idiotic purity and faux-saintliness. And, of course, misogyny.

But Sarandon, like any multi-millionaire, doesn't have to worry about a Trump dictatorship, she can always move to another country and leave the rest of us to ROT.

Looking forward to the Glorious Revolution when Susan Sarandon's millions will be liberated and distributed among the proletariat.
